I am relentlessly committed to empowering women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and historically underrepresented individuals to step into their full potential and build people-first, impact-driven organizations. My mission: to help leaders embrace authenticity, break barriers, harness their unique strengths—and ultimately, forge legacies that leave the world better than they found it.
To me, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) goes beyond buzzword or social choice. It is the very heartbeat of an organization’s stability and success. DEI must be integrated at every level of leadership and embedded into every facet of decision-making, prioritized at all touchpoints, from hiring practices to strategic direction. My work transcends the performative. It is about creating true impact. By shifting focus from surface-level initiatives to deep structural and cultural transformation, we can cultivate organizations where DEI evolves from an objective to a core value—woven into the very DNA of leadership and culture, driving sustainable growth and enduring success.

ABOUT ME
With a PhD in Global Leadership, specializing in Organizational Management, and nearly a decade of hands-on experience—I bring a deep understanding of navigating complexity, driving sustainable change, and leading with purpose. I started my career as a small business owner, before co-founding two startups, one of which continues to thrive after graduating from the FoundersBoost (F6S) Accelerator Program. Additinally, I’ve served as Executive Director and Board Member for several nonprofits, where I honed my ability to lead diverse teams through both challenges and opportunities.
As a lifelong learner, my work is shaped by the lessons drawn from successes and setbacks. These experiences fuel my passion for empowering leaders at all stages of their careers. My work is grounded in two core principles: a commitment to people-centered leadership and a focus on the context/systems-based frameworks that inform clear, effective decision-making.
What truly sets my approach apart is a unique, powerful blend of business acumen, systems thinking, and deep insight into people. My mission transcends providing solutions; it is about equipping leaders with the tools, mindset, and frameworks they need to solve challenges independently.
